Dear Valued Customers Due to the positive Covid 19 result of one of the Customs Officer at the Courier Bond - Swissport, Customs and Excise has reduced the operating hours at that facility to Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. They are also operating on a strict appointment basis facilitating a limited amount of examinations per day. This, therefore will result in delays in clearance of your packages with Customs at the Bond until further notice.. We do regret any delay and inconvenience caused, however same is beyond our control.

USPS indicated my package was delivered to you but I have not received a Warehouse Receipt or when checked (the warehouse) it says no records found.
